Eligibilty for Returns and Refunds:
1. Timeframe: Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of the purhase date.
2. Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return or refund, the ta must be in its original packaging and at least 75% of the product must remain.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid reciept or order confirmation is required for all returns and refunds.
Return Process:
1. Contact us: beign the process by emailing us at: Viberantfarm@gmail.com, or calling (229) 531-1651. Provide your order details and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping:
If product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost for return shipping costs.
For other returns, the customer is responsivle for return shipping costs.
3. Inspection: once we recieve the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to your originial payment method within 7-10 business days of recieving the returned product.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges:
If you recieved a defective or damaged product, we ar ehappy to offer a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
